Information obligation and legal basis

When looking for a job, you send us an application, CV and other documents and thus provide us with your personal data (e.g. name and surname, date of birth, contact details, education, professional qualifications, previous employment history). You have the right to know why we process your data. We do this because we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”). You provide us with your personal data voluntarily.

  1. Types of personal data that we process:

We process your personal data, such as: names, surname, date of birth, contact details you provided (e.g. e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address), education, professional qualifications, previous employment history, additional personal data that you have provided us with your CV, cover letter and other documents sent, including your photo, as well as other data such as information about your driving license, current employment (position, employer’s name), financial expectations, location where you want to work for us, foreign languages ​​you know, interests.

  1. Who is the personal data administrator?

The administrator of your personal data is TWW Nieruchomości sp. z o.o. sp. k. with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Urzędnicza 16/2, hereinafter referred to as “TWW Nieruchomości”.

  1. Purpose of personal data processing

The purpose of processing your personal data is the recruitment of job candidates (employment contract, contract work, internship and apprenticeship).

  1. Data storage period

We will retain and process your personal data for as long as we continue to employ staff for the positions you have applied for.

  1. Transfer of data

The expected recipients of your personal data are:

  1. entities that cooperate with us in handling accounting, tax and legal matters
  2. entities that provide us with advisory, consulting, auditing, accounting, training, document archiving, correspondence, organization and recruitment services,
  3. entities operating information and communication systems and providing IT services, to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes for which your personal data are processed.

We do not transfer your data to third countries (i.e. outside the European Economic Area including the European Union, Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland). However, if the need arises, we can do so by ensuring an appropriate level of protection and applying appropriate legal provisions.
